2. About These Terms. Moses Operations, a DBA of Tianna Moses LLC, provides backend operations consulting for content creators. These terms govern use of this website only. Every service engagement is governed exclusively by a separate signed services agreement, which controls over these terms in any conflict.

3. Services. Services may include revenue path audits, funnel building, CRM setup, email and SMS sequence writing, and sales operations support, as defined in each signed agreement.

4. Fees. Engagements are structured under a separate written agreement, which may include a one-time setup fee and a performance-based revenue share of 20 to 30 percent of revenue generated, per engagement. No products are sold, and no payments are processed through this website.

5. No Guaranteed Results. Nothing on this site is a promise of specific revenue results. Outcomes depend on each client's business, market, and execution.

6. Intellectual Property. All website content is owned by Tianna Moses LLC. Ownership of deliverables and systems built under any engagement is defined in the signed services agreement.

7. Third-Party Tools. Work may involve third-party platforms such as CRM systems, email providers, and scheduling tools. Those platforms operate under their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or policies.

8. Limitation of Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from use of this website is limited to fees actually paid for services giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

10. Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the current version.
